"State Farm agent Cassie Watson at this office is the best insurance agent I’ve ever had! Period! I connected with her over a year ago when I called to get an original quote with State Farm. At that time, they were too expensive and so I couldn’t switch. Fast forward to 2026 and Cassie had saved my information (like any excellent sales person would) and she reached out to me (called me) and offered to run a quote for me. She called at the perfect time too because my policy was ending soon and I wasn’t too happy with my monthly premium at my current provider. And with being an extremely busy single dog Mom, her calling me out of the blue to check in was a huge help to me. I couldn’t believe that she had saved my contact info back then. That is far beyond the efforts of most sales people today. Shopping around for car insurance takes a lot of time and it’s stressful and you’re often disappointed with today’s high rates across the board. Long story short, she was able to provide me a quote super fast and even had my information saved from when we talked the year prior. This time around they were in fact lower. It made me wonder if other car insurance companies would be lower as well… I could’ve continued to shop around, but I deceived that because of her friendly personality, non-pushy approach, and her excellent customer service I said I don’t need to shop anywhere else, I’m gonna give Cassie my business. And so I just switched in January! Hopefully their rates will stay low so I can keep working with her. I have a sales background and I’ve been in it my entire young and adult life, and so I know about the extreme difficulties of the very real ups and downs in commission sales. So much of it is out of your control! And rarely does management ever understand or support you in the low times. But the sales numbers aren’t the only thing that matters when it comes to sales. It’s the service and personality of who you’re dealing with, their consistency, and their communication that’s provided. Those speak volumes. This office is extremely lucky to have her!
